Your donations help cover expenses that may not be covered by the annual budget. We will send you a receipt showing what we used your donation for, e.g. bus/truck maintenance, uniform maintenance, materials for props, travel/lodgeing expenses for crew.
The fees for a battle reenactment cover uniforms, prop maintenance, new inventory development, venue setup by staff, equipment rental needs, travel expenses (fuel) and film crew accomodations, staging/prop haul truck and outfitting travel bus maintenance costs, comprehensive insurance costs, training by Darrell Osburn and directors, teaching, and film crew compensation.
